The ultimate from scratch low carb burger patties

Welcome back to Sandtondiet and to this week’s low carb beef burger patty recipe. It’s always good to have a few basic recipes in your repertoire and this is certainly one of them.

This low carb burger patty recipe is quick and ridiculously easy to make.  It has only a few ingredients and it’s really quick to put together. All that’s required of you is to mix the ingredients, refrigerate the mixture and then to cook the burger patties.

This low carb burger patty recipe is suitable for lots of diets. The recipe uses psyllium husk to bind the patties. Psyllium husks are naturally low carb and are very high fibre. So this recipe is not only super delicious but it’s healthy too.

Because this is a basic recipe you can use it as part of so many dishes. You can use this low carb burger in low carb lettuce wraps or you can make mini burgers for to serve as appetizers. You could make sliders from this recipe, beef kebabs and the list goes on.

If you need some more meaty recipe inspiration then why not have a look at these Healthy and quick baked Italian meatballs or these amazing grilled chops or this Outstanding Asian pineapple and beef kebab recipe.

I hope that you enjoy this low carb burger patty recipe as much as we did. Until next time, Leanne xoxo
