Hi my name is Leanne, I’m a dietitian and I will take you through this course today on how to choose a weight loss diet that works best for you.
The question of how to choose a diet that works best for you is a complicated one. The process of choosing a diet has many parts, some of which I will highlight in your free e-course.
Which diet is best for weight loss?
There are so many diets out there and most of us have tried quite a few of these. I won’t be discussing the various diets today but I will discuss some of the processes you should consider before deciding which diet to follow.
What is a healthy diet?
In this presentation I will discuss what a diet is and what is a healthy versus not healthy diet. I will also discuss which factors you should consider before you choose diet because there is no one diet fits all.
Tips to choosing a weight loss diet
There are several factors to consider when starting a diet which will be discussed in your presentation. And finally I will elude to the diet that I prescribe and why I this diet is my preferred route.
