I am having a bit of an obsession with my slow cooker at the moment. This slow cooker potatoes recipe did nothing to abate my ongoing obsession with my slow cooker.Honestly, what could be easier than this? You can go out while lunch or supper is cooking and come home to a hot meal.
This recipe is so easy and yet it is so incredible versatile. The potatoes are wrapped in tinfoil and then cooked in the slow cooker. The result is the most beautifully and perfectly cooked potatoes.
The potatoes can be served plain as an accompaniment to a meal or they can be jazzed up. I scooped the middle out of the potatoes and mixed it with tuna and cheese. My family absolutely loved them. The sky really is the limit with these little beauties.

The best slow cooker potatoes you will ever eat
6 medium potatoes, washed
Pink Himalayan salt
- Drizzle each potato with olive oil, season each potato with salt and cover tightly in tinfoil
- Place the potatoes directly into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 ½ hours
