05 Mar mozzarella and olive salad
Welcome back to Sandtondiet and to this week’s mozzarella and olive salad. Do you ever find that the salad recipes you have are a bit boring. And if they are not boring you have made them so many times that you just can’t face the same salad again?
Well this salad is the solution to your problems. It is quick and easy to prepare and was absolutely scrumptious to eat. Moreover, I plated the salad on a wooden board in a platter kind of style and it was magnificent to look at too. So the next time you feel like serving a show stopper of a salad, this is the recipe for you.
This mozzarella and olive salad is a simple combination of ingredients that pack a flavour punch! I decided to use baby bocconcini mozzarella for this recipe. I used this mozzarella for two reasons. Firstly buffalo mozzarella is possibly one of my favourite foods on earth. Secondly it just looks gorgeous when plated.
If you need a bit more salad inspiration, then check out some more of my salad recipes. This Blow your mind cabbage and cucumber salad or this Healthy and easy Mediterranean lentil salad are also quite delicious.
If you need a few other salad recipes then look at this salad from Monkey and Me Adventures that looks absolutely gorgeous https://monkeyandmekitchenadventures.com/mediterranean-quinoa-salad/. This salad from The View From the Great Island also looks magnificent – https://theviewfromgreatisland.com/chopped-asparagus-salad-recipe/
I hope that you enjoy making and serving this salad as much as I did. Until next time, Leanne xoxo
