I try to combine all these into my recipes to make each and every recipe healthy and easy but most of all delicious.
Healthy food on a budget
My food philosophy is that food should be healthy but above all food should be delicious. I also try to dispel the myth that healthy food is tasteless and expensive. If you have a look through these recipes you will see that many of the recipes use regular pantry ingredients. I also believe that no-one has time to spend hours in the kitchen and so the recipes are also mostly very simple to prepare.

My fussy family and I have taste tested every single recipe to make sure that they are perfect. So they have been through rigorous testing to make sure that they are not only easy to prepare but are family friendly too.
