Delightful baked salmon with a yogurt dill dressing

Welcome back to Sandtondiet and to this weeks baked salmon recipe. Do you ever find that you avoid making fish because it seems difficult hard to cook? Well this baked salmon recipe is the opposite of that. It’s quick and easy and is beyond delicious.

This salmon is baked in the oven. After coming out of the oven you cool the salmon down and then serve it with the most scrumptious yogurt dill sauce.

Salmon is super healthy to eat. It is packed with omega-3 fats which have a huge variety of health benefits.  Omega-3 fats have been reported to lower cholesterol and to have a positive impact on dementia.

So what you have is a delicious baked salmon with a scrumptious sauce, which is healthy to boot. Don’t you just love food with benefits!!

If you need some more fish inspiration then feel free to have a look at this airfryer baked salmon or this healthy smoked salmon and feta scrambled eggs     .

I hope you enjoy your baked salmon as much as we did. Until next time, Leanne xoxo
